Text of Complaint by Mohammed Hanif:

Hi, I had a booking with Flipkart portal and airline was Go-First from [Banglore to Mumbai] [14 july 2023] My flight has been canclled by airline saying that due to some operatinonal reason flight has been canclled, I had a word with airline they said they have initiated the amonut but flipkart says that they didn’t received amount in there vertual payment account so they won’t be able to refund money from last 15 days I have connected with them 3 to 4 times they are saying same thing not giving any timeline below is the details of my travel journey and refund infomation from airline.
