I ordered a Panasonic battery pack from amazon on 08-May-2019 ,
which cost Rs 3992 . My order was placed from an Amazon Prime account and it was a prepaid order.
I didnt received any product from amazon till now 12, November 2021
I did call them in July 2019 regarding refund but they didn’t fix it.
Now i know i can get my refund now but its its too late , I want to file a case against amazon for a bigger compensation
