Hi,

I placed an order on Amazon.in with ORDER NUMBER: 408-1029278-9190742.  Since size was not fit, I requested return of that order.  Amazon executive picked up the product on 10th Oct. 2020 but even after 5 days on 15th Oct. 2020,  return status is not updated online which means product has not been  returned to seller  yet. Either they have lost the product or seller doesn’t want to process the refund.  I  talked to Amazon customer care over the chat and their  customer support rep was pathetic.  She did not even know how to talk.  I asked her about the return status and her stupid reply was, You will surely get refund until Oct. 16th 2020 and disconnected the chat”   Its Oct. 15th 2020 and still they have not returned the product to seller (As their website is showing).
I need my money back immediately.
Please look into it
