An order of Rs.1097/- (Order No.- FL0288852956) was placed by me from AJIO on 31st July 2021,which was paid through UPI. The Order was cancelled on 8th august 2021due to delay in delivery of the goods. After one month the amount paid by me through UPI has not been credited to my account. In this regards, various complaint (COM00024422195 & COM00024484663) were also lodged at the customer care center of AJIO, on which no action has been taken so far.
Kindly help, so that the amount will be credit in my account.
