I had taken excitel connection 2 years back and deposit Rs.2000 as security deposit.
After using 2 years, i terminated connection and returned device in month of March.
Since then I’m following with excitel customer care team for refund. Every time they promise they will initiate refund but they are not doing it.
If they will not provide then I have to file case in consumer court.

They are fooling lot of people like me by returning security deposit.
It looks like a scam they are doing it.
