Luna blu sneakers : used product sent by tata cliq
Luna blue jacket : size was big
The product was picked on 8 sep 2022. Until now I haven’t received the product. The cs managaement is not handling the case properly and marked by complaint as closed.
As per the given time line mentioned on their email. Refund gets initiated for UPI within 1 business day. They asked me to wait and closed the query. They are sending cheap and used product in name of sale. And expect from customer not to return even if no hygine is followed by them. Even after multiple followup no action was taken. And the customer support of tata cliq is worst. This site should be closed.
