I had booked a ticket on 24th July and despite several reminders to them and their fake promises to me, I haven’t received the refund yet.
I have all the invoices and call recordings from their customer support , the issue isnt escalated to any senior just the telecaller attend the call who themselves dint have an idea about the company and its procedures.
