I made a payment for a recharge on the Airtel mobile app in which the money was deducted from the neo bank account but no order was created neither was the money received by Airtel. This was on 15 June it’s been 3-4 months now, I still haven’t received my refund. They keep asking me for a proof of payment not received while they already know that it wasn’t received.
