I had ordered a pair of ‘All About You’ Trousers from Myntra which had to be returned due to poor fit. I have been chasing and following up with the Customer Service Team for the past 40 days but they have not yet initiated the refund. They keep making excuses like IFSC code is incorrect, even asked me to share the bank details but no action has been taken.
