i have booked a ticket on Paytm from Jaisalmer to Vadodara my ticket ID is 13122792223 from Choudary travels via Paytm worth RS4607 and the bus operator has canceled the ticket i have been following up with Paytm for the last 7 days my complaint ID is 28266245 but they were not able to provide any resolution. I am following up with them continuously but getting the same response that the operator is not responding to them. what is my fault in that I have not traveled via bus the bus was not running and they are not providing any resolution when I am going to get the refund I want to register a complaint and hope someone sees this and call me 8320684147 this is my number
