I booked ticket via this website and after booking and all the payment made I received mail that your booking is in progress. Amount is being deducted and then they mailed that due to operational issue booking failed. Its being a month and the amount is still not refunded.

called several times to customer care but they hung up the phone .

I am not the only person who is being cheated by this fraud company.
