Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against amazon india for providing faulty products and failing to resolve my issue, despite multiple attempts.
Here are the details of my grievance:
1. I purchased a Pureit Marina product, which was delivered in a defective, leaking condition.
2. Upon raising a complaint, I was provided with a replacement product. Unfortunately, the replacement was also damaged and faulty.
3. I initiated a return request and requested a refund over a week ago. However, no action has been taken, and the timeline for the return keeps being extended daily without any resolution.
This lack of service and product quality has caused me undue frustration, inconvenience, and a waste of time. Despite being patient, the company has failed to uphold its responsibility to address the issue efficiently.
I kindly request the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum to take action and direct the company to:
• Refund my full payment immediately.
• Collect the faulty product at the earliest (if they choose to).
Enclosed with this letter are the relevant documents, including:
• Purchase invoice.
• Communication records with the company.
• Proof of the defective product(s).
I sincerely hope for your intervention in this matter to ensure a fair and timely resolution.
