Sir/Ma’am,
actually i purchased a peter england trousers from flipkart whose price was 999/-, but due to some fit issues i returned the product and opted to get refund for that.
The flipkart claims that they have initiated the refund to my debit card and it is supposed to be credited to my bank account by 24 october but still yet i didn’t receive any refund.
On asking for reference number they are telling it is not available.
So what tho do ?? please help me out.
I’ve attached the updated bank statement where you can see there is no such refund from flipkart.
