Refund not received for my order number 114762903 since past more than 2 yrs now in which 2 shirts were found missing.
I have repeatedly written to them on email and on there Twitter handle too but first they kept asking me my bank details again & again. Now, they keep asking me bank statements for different dates and twice i have sent them my bank statement but again they asked me bank statement for a different date.
They haven’t even provided me the transaction details of the refund if they have done it. This clearly shows they haven’t refunded the money and are just harassing me for it!
Please take strict action on them and get me refund with compensation too as twice i have paid 150 rs to the bank for getting the statement to send them.
