I made a booking for Four points Pune on the 10th of November through booking.com as a gift for a friend. They website did not permit online payment so i got in touch with the hotel and they provided me with a UPI ID to which i made the payment. DUe to date issues i had to canecl the booking which i did on the same day i.e. 10th of November. I have been chasing the hotel for nearly a month now and they are not generating the refund yet. Everytime i call i get the same excuse that it will be done tomorrow.
