Text of Complaint by RAJESH SOMALA:

With reference to the Booking ID: KGDVMO, I paid Rs. 1241 in advance at first, and I paid the whole amount due upon check-out without deducting the advance. At the time of check-out, the hotel manager collected the full amount without reminding me of the advance payment. Please refer to the attachments for the full bill payment made as well as the advance. I requested the customer care filing a compliant: 8100056 submitting screenshots of the payments made but they haven’t given me any refund.

I’m also really dissatisfied with the hotel service. Important things to be noted:
1. The hotel management gave us a tiny, filthy room instead of the one we were promised or reserved in advance.
2. The hotel management stated that there is no restaurant, thus there will be no breakfast or dinner supplied.
3. No value to the customer, the hotel manager and staff behave very rudely not even respect the customer.
4. Zero regard, not even for the customer. It’s the worst stay I have ever had in my professional life.

I once again request you file a compliant on fab hotels and help me to get the refund of the advance amount: Rs. 1241, which was not deducted from the total payment at the time of check out
