To whom it many concern ,

My order ID is 402 – 6478725 – 0412361 , order date is 30th April 2022. It was delivered on May 1st and the return was scheduled the very next day. A different of the same product was delivered to me and I scheduled for a return because of the quality as it is. The return was scheduled on 2nd and was picked on 3rd.The return was done by my mother as I must be at work. The delivery executive took both the products after checking them but now they’re telling me that the product is different. If the product was different the delivery person wouldn’t have even received it. No intimation was done for many days afterwards for the return intimation. I thought maybe there must be a problem from the Bank’s side. I called Amazon customer care a couple of days back and an inquiry was started on the product and I was told to call on 19th of May. I called in today but the executives told me that they won’t initiate the return because of whatever policies and I won’t even be given back the product. This is absolute mockery of a loyal customer who isn’t at fault anywhere in this. Please help out sir/madam for the same.

Even plain simple logic would show that I’m being wronged and conned for my money for no reason.
It is my hard earned money , I’m sure you’d understand that. Looking for an affirmative response from your side.
