Sir, i am facing refund issue for order id OD120271816240686000 for Puma Full Sleeve Solid Men Sweatshirt. I have got the reference number from your side and even contacted my bank as the amount has not been reflected in my account even after such a long time.
The bank said that the amount has not been sent. I contacted your customer team again but they keep on saying to check with the bank.
I have heard that your customer service is best in India but i have not been able to get any resolution from your team. I am frustrated as I am not able to get my hard earned money. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and I hope you provide me with a resolution soon. I have already given the bank statement, all the screenshot of my chat with flipkart team for your reference. I am waiting for my amount to come back so that I can buy another clothes from your website.
Please help me out, I am very dissatisfied with your service so please refund my money so that I can gain trust in using your services again.
