I ordered iphone13 from Reliance Jio Mart on 20 Oct 22 ORDER No. 16662314370058435A using HDFC debit card on installments basis. The order was cancelled from the mart itself on 21 Oct 22 mentioning no reason and on refund status it was shown that money will be refunded within 7-10 working days. This 7-10 working days got over on 02 Nov 22 but i didn’t receive any refund. On 03 Nov 22 I again called the Jio mart customer care and lodged a new complaint with complaint no. 6674782645 and was told to wait for 48 hours. Thereafter I was given same answe to call back after every 48 hours and till date i.e. 16 Nov 22 I have made several calls and my issue has not been resolved and every time I receive the same answer.
This behaviour of such a reputed company with its customers is really worrisome and creates trouble and harasses the customer mentally and financially.
Kindly look into the matter and provide me with solution at the earliest.
