I booked 2 tickets of nuego bus on 1 June 2023 through make my trip app. But the bus operator didn’t respond to my calls and messages and he left before the arrival time and left us in the middle of highway. They accepted their mistake but did not give refund . I have all the messages and call recordings. I request you to give my refund with other extra payments which i had to make for booking the next bus and waiting for 3-4 hours. I have been complaining since a month.
