Product name huwewi band 6
This above mentioned product which I was ordered from Amazon on 25 July 2021, amount rs 4499. And after opening the product it found damaged I ask to customer care executive to replace the item and they were collected the product and given a new products but after using 3 to 4 days item found faulty battery drain so quickly. I asked then for the refund but that’s item picked up completed but refund not received after a 10 to 15 days

When I contact to customer service they said they received fake item so refund not possible forget the money. No one help me out.
