Text of Complaint by siddharth singh:

I have bought 2 pendant wall lamps with bulbs on 11 June 2022 after that I submitted a request for a return on 13 th Jun 2022 and the pick-up was done 14th June 2022 i have got the product in 1 single box and returned both in that single box and I have informed the ekart delivery person about the incident on the same day but now they have refund 1 pendant money and no refund for the 2 pendant i have complained about the same to the Flipkart customer care also but the issue is not solved till now neither I get call back when i request for the callback in their app sometimes i get their callback but again i have to repeat my complain again and again such a pathetic service by Flipkart i want my refund and issue to be solved asap
