I have ordered Krishna murti creation women kurta and payjama with order I’d OD427756377670612100.
Which was delivered to me on 9th APR 2023 and due to fitting was too tight i raise refund on same day on 9th April 2023
After refund on one picked up my order and no refund given by Flipkart i try to reach out so many time customer support and they just informed me your issue been resolved in 2 day or 3 day after few day they mail me please refund again your order and i go back and refund again same order on 17 April and pick up date was 22 April till date on one is come and pickup my order
This is really bad experience with Flipkart support and customer service
I request you to take necessary action against all staff who take care of this issue and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
