Text of Complaint by Vaibhav Sharma:

I ordered ASIAN Black Running shoes but got delivered ASIAN Grey Sneakers on 6th of March to which I registered a return request immediately and the wish master came on 9th March to pickup the item but he denied pickup stating that only same product can be returned because at his end there was no mention to pickup a wrong/different product from his higher authorities to which he tried his best to help me by contacting his senior team but they told him that Flipkart has not sent any information regarding the pickup of WRONG/DIFFERENT product so he denied pickup. Since that day all I’ve been getting is delays and different dates but no one came to pick my product on the dates provided by you that is – 11, 15, 18, 23rd March .
And I’ve tried every possible way to get help from you but all I get is to wait for 24-48 hours which I’ve been doing since 6th March but no help has been provided to me. Infact after 15th March only if I requested for a call then call came, otherwise nobody contacts me by themselves which is so so frustrating and disrespectful. I’ve been very patient and understanding since a month but all I’m seeing is that my request being ignored and treating me so poorly by promising to receive a call from concerned team but nobody calls.
Please help me get my refund and end this issue as it’s been so so long.
