Text of Complaint by Shriram Pandey:

I ordered a filter cartridge from Amazon which was defective so I made the return request. The product was picked up on 23Rd July 2022 and the timeline for giving the refund was 3-5 business days. From that I m following them and everytime they are telling me that by this day you will get the refund today is 26th aug and I have not received it yet.
