I had ordered Crompton Ozone 55-Litre Inverter Compatible Desert Air Cooler with Honeycomb Pads for Home and Commercial (White and Teal).on 10 May 2021.(Order# 408-8470321-5177929)Initially the order was delivered late, then the product was faulty. so we returned it and replacement was ordered. But in between Seller called up and said we cant deliver replacement order you cancel the order. Since I did not had cancel option i returned the product. Now the seller has taken back faulty product and not delivered replacement order nor returned my money. So please cancel the order (ORDER # 408-1323004-4357958) And get refund done.This has been communicated with customer care but still solution is not provided.
