I HAD BOOKED MY TICKET ON 14-DEC-2021 FOR BHOPAL TO NEW DELHI FOR THE JOURNEY DATE 17 FEB 2022 AND IMMEDIATELY 0N 14 DEC 2021 I RECEIVED A MAIL FROM TRAVOLOOK WEBSITE THAT MY TICKET HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO FARE EXPIRATION REASON. THEN I CONTACTED TRAVOLOOK CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY AMOUNT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS AND AFTER 7 DAYS I AGAIN CONTACTED THEM THROUGH MAIL AND CALL THEY DIDN’T RESPOND TO ME AND AFTER SO MANY ATTEMPTS FOR DAYS THEY TOLD ME AGAIN ON CALL THAT I WILL RECEIVE IN 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD MY HARDEARNED MONEY AND NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER IT’S BEEN MORE THAN 65 DAYS. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN MADE SUCH FRAUD FROM OTHERS ALSO.
