Hi Sir / Mam ,

I would like to inform you that i made an online recharge on 17 December 2018 at 11.47 P.M rupees 479.00 . After paid amount on vodafone apps plan not activated after contact customer care they said i money credited on my account . But till date i am not getting money , before i made an complain here after that i received call an call from vodafone that point of time they said money will credited on my account till date i am not getting . Kindly help me out of this problem.
