Text of Complaint by Neha saxena:

I ordered Cup cakes for my sister. I entered the correct address but there was some problem with zomato’s gps .. they took some other location although the address which they have and i gave are same. Later the delivery boy refused to deliver it to the exact location and they did not even refunded my amount
