I have booked air ticket from Hyderabad to Dehradun by indigo flight on 16/4/2021 through travolook.in agency who showed availability and cheap deals. On payment through bank they informed that since airlines have increased the price they will not be able to book my flights but they will refund the amount within few working days. Now whenever I remind them about the refund they send same excuse but don’t refund the money. Reference ID 114486666.
