I purchased one jacket from flipart on 12th October 2018 with order id OD113600049045221000.I returned the product on 21 st October and flipkart approved the same.as per standered banking procedure the amount should reflect in my account within seven working days.But amount did not entered in my account .After that I contacted Flipkart and the customer care executive said refund has completed from their side .They shared a ARN no with me and asked me to go bank.When I met my bank branch manager she told me they have not received any such amount from flipkart and they cant help me with the reference no provided by flipkart.Till now filpkart is sitting idle doing nothing.
so my request Is please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
