I have paid 29500/- plus approx 500 to Effizent to work as their partner. In this they were suppose to train me so that I can provide their government related GST services to people at my location.
They were not supportive at all. Then I complained them and they also agreed to refund my entire money back. But its been 3 months since they agreed (25 Feb 2020). They are not responding now. I have mailed & whatsapp them. They just give me further dates & do not solve it. They first promised that money will be transferred till 25th March, then 15th Apr, these dates had 15-20 days gap after each conversation or mail.
During lockdown banks are working still they are not giving my amount please its been too much of mental torture.

I am Rajkamal A from Bangalore. I have made the payment of INR 23600/- on August 18, 2021.Before payment, three people (Manish – mobile no-9560314224, Sumit – mobile no-8882575223 and Taruna) were insisting to join the GST suvidha center by effizent seele they give false promises and brainwash. Once the payment done no one is responding their job is completed.
They are not supportive of whatever information given during communication they will not provide. Hence i request to cancel the aggreement and refund my amount of INR 23600/-
