I had booked flight ticket on 8/10/2020 in IRCTC and paid Rs. 9446.80 through google pay. Immediately reservation cancelled and refund initiated from IRCTC on 13/10/2020 with the reference sequence ID : 9500734951. But the amount is not credited to my SBI account. SBI branch manager said that it is hold in Google pay server. But i am not able to contact the google pay customer care, because they stopped all the activities due to COVID 19.
Please help me to get back amount back.
