I have cancelled order no 6483255043 dated 8th November 2018. However, on 17.11.2018, Paytm credited an amount of Re 1.28 against the total refund amount of Rs 750. Since then I am following up with Paytm through App, facebook, Twitter and through email, however, the needful is still pending. Everytime Paytm close my issue by facebook posts and Twitter without any solution. Sometimes they posted that NEFT failed but not sharing transaction details. Similarly, yesterday Paytm falaely tweeted that refund has been credited in account, when I requested for transaction details, the simply posted wait for another 3 days. This I am facing since 11.11.2018.
Therefore, I am left with no option but to approach consumer forum for refund of amount along with penalty as per provisions of Law.
