I ordered dress from AJIO dated on 9 September 2021, and i returned due to product quality issue/not liking of dress(Return Id is RT47107420). order picked up on 3 October 2021 pickup referance number is AWB 19504473848836 & pickup code is 585132414.later i received notification in AJIO app saying that refund initiated on 3 October 2021 and will be reflected in 7 days ..but its not credited in my account immediately i called up to AJIO customer care on 7 October 2021 to check refund status they responded saying that due to some issue its taking time to credit i was waited till 22nd october 2021. and again i raised complaint id COM00026354205. they promised will be resolved by 28th October 2021.but then till today not get my refund amount 0f Rs.920.96/-
till now no one has proper information about refund i called to customer care more than 20 to 30 times they simply saying some nonsense reason and disconnecting calls. saying reasons i.e. its been initiated kindly speak to bank / due to issue with there backend redund amount stuck / they are initiated by ajio transferable cash wallet/ wait 48 hours will be reflected in ur original payment method/ today i called they are saying its initiated on 17th November 2021 will be reflected in 8 business days.i dont understand this AJIO online service is doing some Fraud activity to customers..kindly take action on online AJIO.
