Refund Not Credited.for IRCTC Online Failed Transactions done on 20-03-2020
I have not Recd my Refund Amt for following transactions failed .
1) Transaction ID 100002336729069, Rs. 828:19 , Booking reference no: 68709592294
2) Transaction ID 100002336672307 Rs. 828:19 , Booking reference no: 2473200320112351.
I have been following up Since March-2020 but only receiving Auto generate mail reply.Also called up frequently to Call Center but they also replying your complaint still under process and escalating to concerned department.My Bank PNB also given Certificate stating that they have not Recd.these Amt.1656.38 (828.19+828.19) .
