I was supposed to get a refund from ixigo(flight booking app) as my flight got cancelled. While booking the flight I used CRED app to pay. The ixigo app has confirmed me that they have refunded the amount to CRED as it was the source of payment mode. I’m following up with CRED since more than 15 days now(28th Sept, 22) and they haven’t resolved my issue. In fact, they assured me 9 days back(6th Oct,22) that they’ll give me a response in 2 days and today it is 15th Oct,22 and no response yet even after multiple follow ups.
