I pay 2 wbsedcl electricity bill through Cred apps on 1/11/22. .Cred show bill payment was failed on 7/11/22. they show refunded on orginal payment source and it will be credited within 5 to 7 banking days.but till now (30/11/22) not credited in my payment sources.bill eas Rs 2723 and 447. many times mailed them with account statement.
pls help me.
