My booking was done dated 17th March with reference no REF982390653 but later it got canceled from Travolook end. I was ensured that the refund amount will get credited to my same payment mode in 10 working days. It’s been more than a month and still no update.
No after reaching support again, I am being told that the amount will be credited in the wallet which I don’t need. The amount needs to be credited to my bank account directly.
Every time I call support, I am given a new timeline but no action. May I know what sort of service is being provided?
Later I was credited half the amount and the rest of the half is still pending. I have followed multiple times, but no resolution
