Text of Complaint by Ayub Alam Khan:

I booked oyo rooms on 21-02-2022 through net banking and later cancelled due to some reason on 22-02-2022. It has been more than 14 working days but still I have not received the money. Oyo authorities are saying they have refunded the money and given me a reference number but my bank is saying no money has credited. So my bank is saying talk to oyo and they are saying talk to bank. I’m fed up with all this but still no help from any end.
