Sir,
I have placed the order for Homeopathy medicine of Total amount Rs. 1959.80/- against order NO – MNP312753 dated 29-04-2021 & make the full advance payment.
However on dated 7th May 2021- On discussions with Mednear representative subject on delay on delivery- “They confirmed me that material is not in stock & hence they cancelled the order & informed that with in next 6-7 working days the amount will be refunded to your source of payment”.
Earlier I send the message at mednear “contact us section” in their Mednear app, But no information from their side.
I send them 3 emails to them support@mednear.com, but no response no confirmation at all.
