Dear Sir,
I have ordered a replacement keyboard which was defective and same delivery day i request replacement but they are unable to provided new keyboard taken more than 15 days. Finally i call customer care and requests to cancel the product and refund my money but there without Conforming release a check and unable to deliver. Again i call to customer care the told me they cancel the check and sent amount in my account. After 10 din again call to customer they again make excuses and asking for 3-5 days.
There is more than 1 month over purchase and refunding
