I brought a product from Amazon due to damage product in same day of delivery I return the product to Amazon agent . After 3 days Amazon replay me in email that is your refund amout is initiated to your bank account but after 10 days the refund amount is not credited in my account . For query call to amzon and sbi customer service the replay that I cannot help you .please replay and solve this problem
