Amazon app and email says that my refuns was triggered on 25th June 2021, however, it has not yet reached my bank. For credit card, their SLA is 5 working days, but it has been over 13 working days now. I raised multiple enquiries with Amazon to give me the ARN number for the refund, but they have not provided me with anything. All they are saying is that they are looking into it.
