Text of Complaint by Renuka:

I have booked tickets online and have to cancel both as i was detected with covid and refund is not given by MakeMyTrip even after receiving from respective airlines.

I have not received any refund amount till today in my account via UPI mode of transfer which your company, MMT is using as per your trail email.
My complaint is for refund amount for 2 booking IDs’ :
Refund amount of Rs.1179/- for booking id- NF78124290789840 AND
Rs.4,276/- for booking id- NF78124290802176, total refund of Rs.5,455/-.
I have given letter of authority from bank as requested from MMT and my account statement which shows the amount debited from my account for the booking of both the tickets using UPI mode on 01-12-2020 : details as under:
1. transaction reference number- 0336201482- amount debited Rs.4109/-
2. transaction reference number- 033621320735- amount debited Rs.4575/-
The attached said account statement also shows that the same account with eDena Bank (eDB) -is migrated to new BOB (bank of baroda account) on 12-12-2020 – same is also mentioned in Bank’s letter.
These both documents itself are self explanatory and are sufficient for you to now refund my amount via NEFT mode of transfer so that i can receive it without any further delay.  I have also highlighted the transactrions for your reference.

 And still they are giving my refund via NEFT mode of transfer since my UPI  ACis NOT acTIVE DUE TO CHANGE OF BANK ACCOUNT MIGRATION.

KINDLY PROCESS MY REQUEST ON PRIORITY PLEASE
