I purchased a few items on the Ajio app. The payment was debited from my account but the order was not confirmed. There is no history of the order on the app. The payment was debited twice. The customer care number is non-reachable and they do not respond over email as well. A significant amount has been debited and I would like them to refund this at the earliest. They are taking advantage of consumers on their platform. This app is fraudulent and should be removed.
