I have been struggling for my refund, I had returned the item long time back, i have sent the company numerous emails, since there is no number to reach out to, no action has been taken, no response, only false committments are given but no refund given. The courier person who took the item for me for return, he didn’t mark the item as returned or lost it, he didn’t give me any receipt. The company has not refunded me, please help me get my money back.
