I have order 2 products, one for 599 and another for 999. 999 one was open box delivery which i got to know at a later stage when flipkart executive told me over the call but for me it was not an open box delivery. I placed return for both products as 599 was broken and 999 was not upto the standards. Wishmaster came to pickup the product and refused to pickup 599 one product as flipkart has not communicated anything about broken product to them and picked 999 one. Same day i got refund of 599 and not 999. So my 400rs are missing and the broken product of 599 still not picked up.
It’s been more than 20 days i have been calling and emailing flipkart regularly but no response. I just receive a call from flipkart every 48 hours saying that Ma’am please wait for 48 hours more and you will get a call from us and nothing else. They have been fooling me since 20 days and i now i want my 1000rs back plus good will for this mental harassment.
