i had aordered for pot biriyani on 8 march (#1607438213).the order was done by giving all the details and detailed address .the order got cancelled and the reason was mobile number not reachable . if the order is getting cancelled then the money should be refunded .when contacted the person said since food was dispatched money will not be refunded . this is not acceptable as i don not earn to pay you free of cost . kindly resolve the issue and i want the money to be refunded back since i have not used your service or the food .
