Hello Team,
This is the full detail of the mail that i have been dropping to meesho since Mar 8th yet they are not initiating the refund.

Let me summarize the issue yet again. Please do actually prioritize the issue refund. All the details are on the mail chain and I have provided them time and time again.
As you can see in the below snap from the App (AppSnap1.jpg & Appsnap2.jpg), For Sub_orderId : 286097381891_1 I have been raising a concern since 8th March overcalls/mails regarding a return request for the second quantity of the same item as i was unable to initiate that return request from the app (due to the app’s glitch or technical reasons or whatever, i was not given any reasoning for the same).
Hence for this particular product only one quantity got picked up and the refund for the same(Rs 730) was issued.

After several many follow ups over the course of more than 2 months, the second quantity was finally picked up on Apr30th and the item has reached its destination as well. Proof as attached in the snapshot below(ReturnPickedUp.jpg) – AWB 14907752090801 and second proof is the SMS confirmation received.

Please understand that I have been asked to reach out multiple times over mails, calls and have been spending time explaining the same issue over and over again wasting around 45minutes-2hours per call and yet till date only the manual pickup is done. On one of the call instances post pickup, I was assured the refund will be initiated as soon as the pickup is done, yet even after 15 days of the turn pickup date no mails/messages regarding Refund initiation have been updated.

Please know that this is taking way too long to be resolved with wasting so much of my time, I have stopped ordering from Meesho because of this and every single time I ask for a call back, I am told that due to technical issues they are unable to pull data/verify data. Even when they are able to pull the data, I am informed that the backend team is checking/working on the same and I need to wait for 4-5days. It should be understood by everyone that it has been almost 2.5 months since this issue and every single time 4-5 days cannot be an accepted response. I receive the same mail every single day. I have even been told all the complaints are on hold and yet nobody is assigned to work on the same.

I have even attached a partial snap of the mails i have dropped regarding the same(MailDrops.jpg) and the number of mails i receive with the same 4-5 days waiting period or have been trying to reach but unavailable mails(received *.jpg).

Please note the complaint was raised incorrectly by the meesho customer care regarding extra product handover. That is nowhere related so please don’t bring that up yet again on the mails or calls and waste time once again

I hope now that every single detail required for verification is available in this one mail, My refund will be issued asap. Please do check and work on the same on priority. I expect not to have to explain the same issue from the beginning again to any other agent or any other agent to have any sort of confusions regarding the same to cause any further delays. I hope there will not be any more emails regarding the 4-5 days waiting period or that I am unreachable over phone call/mail as that cannot/never have been the case where I am unreachable!
